Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the product

Everything sold on this website is a digital product. Books are delivered as PDF files through a download link or an online reader. There is no physical shipment, and delivery is normally instant after a successful payment.

2. When a refund is available

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if any of the following applies:

• The product was not delivered to you at all.

• The download link or reader access does not work and we are unable to fix it for you.

• You were charged more than once for the same order.

3. When a refund is not available

Because these are digital files that can be read and copied immediately, we are unable to offer refunds once the product has been successfully delivered and accessed, except in the situations listed in section 2.

We also cannot offer refunds on the basis of results. These are educational books. They do not promise profits, returns or any specific outcome, and a refund will not be issued because the market moved in a particular direction.

4. How to request a refund

Email globalalphanifty@gmail.com from the address used at the time of purchase, with your order ID and a short description of the problem.

We respond to every refund request within 3 working days. If the request is approved, the amount is sent back through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it usually takes 5 to 7 working days to appear in your account.

You can also reach us on +91 95094 59930.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been delivered. Once the download link or reader access has been issued, the order is treated as delivered and section 3 applies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version shown on this page is the one that applies to purchases made after it was published.
